Operating Strategy redesign and Leadership capability uplift:

Delivery of a leadership and strategy planning diagnostic and business transformation programme, focused on; ownership and funding growth models, organisation design, risk profiling, broad workforce planning (operational infrastructure and capability uplift), change management resilience assessment and growing high performing teams - through leadership coaching, mentoring and advisory partnering.


People and Learning Services Line Build:

Creation of People, Operating Model and Organisation Design Performance Services together with a multi-channel Learning and Development platform, including strategic marketing plan, services expansion plan and brand enhancement project with neuroscience alignment. Creation of website and social media channels, evolution of brand ‘voice’ aligned to strong customer values and commercial proposition wrapper.

Front Office transformation into Shared Services: 

Conception, value proposition creation and delivery of Shared Services platform for front-office (commercial) Customer Service operations for 4 European countries – incorporating process evaluation and re-engineering, service creation (SLAs, KPIs, RACI, Reporting), and service management wrapper – along with plans for next phases. Focus on customer experience, process and behaviour clean-up and end to end benefits.

Large-scale Trading Model Transformation: 

Creation and implementation (utilising EU law) of a 13 country, pan-European sales entity acting as a commercial trading model for the group, including legal set-up, communication planning and deployment, end to end process modelling, system alignment, transition to Shared Services and new process and system alignment.

Digital Automation Transformation (RPA): 

Creating the Vision and Business Case for a global Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Readiness Assessment, including cultivating C-suite engagement, assessing and recommending external partners, engaging whole team prioritisation and positive support for the program, facilitating outcomes and forward plan.

Global HR Shared Services Transformation:

Extension of HR and Payroll Shared Services platform for EMEA and Americas locations, including out-sourced payroll contracts, creation of a centre of expertise hub in India, centralisation of HR data management and resulting end to end process/ technology changes to SuccessFactors ERP environment.

Global Finance Shared Services Transformation:

Global planning, transition, transformation and integration of a 65 FTE Finance Shared Service Centre operation from a USA location into established UK SSC (140 FTE) - covering location closure, leadership of the people process, engagement and communication plans, ‘creative’ logistics, off-boarding and onboarding transitions. plus performance improvement during and after transition.

GDPR
preparation and delivery:

Creation of strategic priorities for assessment and deployment of GDPR framework required for compliant handling of Employee, Vendor, Customer and Other data - landing messaging, gaining support across C-suite, structuring assessment cycles, tracking processes and systems, query handing and reporting, creating and delivering communications plan, driving engagement and adoption.
