I’m absolutely devastated for Ukraine - and for the many friends and colleagues past and present who are based there themselves or have family and friends living there.

There really are no words to sum up the feeling of complete and utter helplessness I have watching this unfold from Scotland this morning, I’m overcome with empathy and an innate personal sense of urgency and need to help… but with no real practical ideas about what to do or how to do it at this point.

What a dreadful day xx
