So it’s Valentines Day - and I wanted to share something relevant that describes the love and inclusion I feel its imperative that we build in the workplace. I personally think this love makes the difference between good leadership and great leadership. Then I realised - it’s as simple as this:

‘To inspire meaningful change, you must make a connection with the heart, before you can make one to the mind'.
