Lockdown 3.0 feels like its already taking its toll!


...so I wanted to share some fab hints and tips on how can can all take a break! (covid-restrictions-considered)

Well I don't know about you - but our household is really feeling the brunt of lockdown 3.0 already. Home-school is more challenging this time (and far more work for both the kids and adults in our house!) - and according to my hubby and boys, we all need a change of scenery and a new four walls for a bit (which we aren't going to have for a good while yet!).

So - as we are not able to take a 
physical break away at the moment - I thought I'd share some fab hints and great tips on everyday ways we can all take a break, to help maintain a healthy outlook on our personal wellbeing, mindset and happiness xx
