In the blink of an eye, it’s my favourite time of the month again - this time selfcare september from the fantastic Action for Happiness.

The focus this month is on practical actions to help ‘put on your own mask first’ - because we all know you can't pour from an empty cup. It’s sometimes hard to prioritise time for self love - so I’m hoping that sharing these hints and tips on finding ways to be kinder to ourselves (as well as to others) will be helpful to my friends, network and their teams xx
